Cancellation Policy
- •A participant may request cancellation before the registration closing date by writing from the registered email address or contacting the official SRV number with registration details.
- •Cancellation after the closing date, after allocation of participant materials, or on the event day may not be accepted.
- •Any cancellation charge or non-refundable component shall be disclosed on the concerned event registration page before payment.
Refund Policy
- •Where an event page expressly permits refunds, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method after applicable payment gateway/bank charges and disclosed cancellation charges, normally within 7 to 15 working days.
- •Registration fees are otherwise non-refundable after the closing date or where participant kits, jerseys, bibs, medals, venue commitments or other event expenses have already been arranged.
- •If SRV cancels an event without providing an alternative date, the applicable event notice will specify whether a full or partial refund will be provided. If an event is postponed, the registration will ordinarily be carried forward to the revised date.
- •No refund will be due for non-attendance, disqualification, incorrect information supplied by a participant, or interruption caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
