Parental / Guardian Consent for Minor Participants

1. Mandatory Parent/Guardian Declaration

During registration for a participant under 18 years of age, the parent or lawful guardian must:

• Provide their Full Legal Name and active Mobile Number.
• Affirm that the minor is medically fit and has adequate physical stamina to undertake the chosen sporting category.
• Agree to the Participant Risk Declaration and Medical Disclaimer on behalf of the minor.

2. On-Ground Supervision & Safety

• For participants under 12 years (Kids categories), a parent or designated adult guardian must accompany the child to the venue and remain on-site throughout the event duration.
• SRV deploys trained ground marshals, first-aid teams, and dedicated child-welfare volunteers at all finish line and holding areas.

3. Emergency Medical Authorization

The parent/guardian authorizes SRV event marshals and attending medical doctors to administer emergency first-aid or transport the child to the nearest hospital in situations where immediate parental contact cannot be established.

4. Age Verification Compliance

For age-category tournaments (such as U-10, U-15, U-19 tournaments), parents must ensure a valid copy of the child’s birth certificate or school ID is available for spot verification by the jury.
