Kit Delivery & Shipping Policy

1. Event Kit Contents

Depending on the specific event package, participant kits typically include:

• Official event dry-fit running / sports T-shirt (in the size selected during registration).
• Official Chest Bib number with safety pins and embedded RFID timing chip (if timed race).
• Sponsor gift vouchers, energy sachets, and official event route guidebook.

2. Collection Option A: Official Expo / Venue Pick-up (Recommended)

• Bib and kit distribution takes place at the official Bib Expo / Venue Distribution Counter 1 to 2 days prior to the event date, or on event morning during reporting hours.
• To collect your kit, please present your digital registration ticket QR code and a valid government photo ID.
• A representative may collect on your behalf with a forwarded copy of your confirmation ticket and ID proof.

3. Collection Option B: Courier Home Delivery (Where Offered)

For events offering optional courier delivery, kits are dispatched via reputed courier services 5 to 7 days prior to event day to the postal address provided in your registration.

• Tracking numbers are transmitted via SMS and email upon courier handover.
• SRV is not responsible for courier delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the participant.

4. T-Shirt Size Exchange

T-shirt sizes are custom-manufactured based on selections submitted during registration. Size exchanges on event day are subject to spare stock availability after all registered participants have received their designated sizes.
