Photography and Video Consent

1. Event Media Coverage

All events organised by SRV The Winning Edge Sports and Event Management Centre are public sporting occasions recorded via professional still photography, aerial drone cameras, video broadcast feeds, and social media reels.

2. Scope of Consent

By participating in or attending an SRV sporting event, you grant SRV The Winning Edge Sports and Event Management Centre the irrevocable, royalty-free, perpetual right to capture, edit, display, and publish photographs, audio-visual recordings, and interview footage of you:

• In the official online post-event gallery and finisher photo search database.
• Across official social media channels (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook) and promotional brochures.
• In newspaper releases, television sports coverage, and post-event highlight documentaries.
• For future sports event announcements and athlete achievement showcases.

3. Commercial Use & Respect for Dignity

All media is utilized in a respectful, positive context celebrating sporting achievements, health, and fitness. Media will never be used in a derogatory or defamatory manner.

4. Opt-Out and Takedown Requests

If an individual or parent wishes to request the removal of a specific identifiable close-up photograph from our digital gallery, you may submit a takedown request citing the image URL and bib number to thewinningedgeuniverse@gmail.com.
