Event Rules and Regulations

1. Bib Number & Timing Chip Rules

• Every registered participant is allocated an official chest bib number with or without an embedded RFID timing chip.
• The bib must be pinned visibly on the chest throughout the event. Bending, folding, or removing the timing chip will invalidate race timing.
• Bibs are non-transferable. Anyone found running or playing under another person’s bib will be disqualified immediately and banned from future SRV tournaments.

2. Reporting & Check-in

• Participants must report to the venue holding area at the designated Reporting Time (typically 45–60 minutes prior to flag-off / match start).
• Scan your unique digital ticket QR code at the accreditation desk to obtain physical wristbands or match clearance.
• Late arrivals after the official call time will forfeit their heat or match slot.

3. Route & Competition Integrity

• Runners must stay on the marked course and pass all electronic timing mats / checkpoint stations.
• Pacing by non-registered runners, bicycles, or motorized escorts is strictly prohibited.
• In tournament matches (Cricket, Badminton, Volleyball, Football, Throwball, Chess), certified technical referees and arbiters have absolute authority. The referee's decision on match points and rule interpretations is final.

4. Age Verification & Category Eligibility

Prize winners must present original age verification documents (Aadhaar Card, Birth Certificate, or Passport) upon request by the technical jury before podium ceremonies. Failure to produce valid proof will result in prize reallocation.

5. Medals, Trophies & Certificates

Official finisher medals and digital timing certificates are awarded exclusively to participants who officially complete their race or tournament match within the stipulated cutoff time.
