Participant Declaration, Risk Acknowledgement & Medical Disclaimer

1. Voluntary Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that my participation in SRV events is entirely voluntary. I freely choose to participate with full knowledge of the demands and physical hazards associated with strenuous competitive sporting activities.

2. Medical Fitness Declaration

By submitting an event registration, I hereby confirm and warrant that:

• I am physically fit, sufficiently trained, and have not been advised otherwise by a certified medical practitioner.
• I do not suffer from any underlying cardiac abnormalities, respiratory disorders, unmanaged hypertension, or severe medical conditions that would endanger my health during the event.
• I have accurately declared my blood group, relevant medical conditions, and emergency contact details during registration.

3. Emergency Medical Consent

In the event of an accident, exhaustion, dehydration, or medical emergency during the event, I authorize the event organizers, certified medical teams, paramedics, and ambulance staff deployed by SRV to administer necessary first-aid, resuscitation, and emergency hospital transfer as deemed necessary.

4. Release of Liability

I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, hereby waive, release, and discharge SRV The Winning Edge Sports and Event Management Centre, its directors, founder, employees, technical officials, volunteers, venue hosts, and medical partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs arising out of any physical injury, loss of property, or illness incurred during or as a result of my participation, save for gross negligence as defined under Indian law.
